News & Events Barry Vogt - Past President
The August meeting was held on Saturday the 28th. In addition to reporting on the activities from this past season, the Trustees presented the 2011 budget for the coming year. For the first time in over ten years, the budget was submitted and approved with no increase in condominium fees.
In Executive Session after the meeting, the Trustees moved to reorganize as has been the custom and in accordance with the By-Laws. By unanimous consent, the Trustees elected Dave Lauro to serve as President for the upcoming year. Other Board appointments and responsibilities are listed below.
The Board would like to welcome Cheryl Murphy as a new Trustee. Cheryl was appointed to fill an open vacancy on the Board of Trustees. She will be handling special projects within the park.

Bayberry Cove upgrades!!!!
**NOTICE **
This is information about the forms / documents that are posted on this web site for download. They are in two versions (.doc) and (.pdf). The (.doc) is for those that have MS Word, they just fill in the blanks and print it out. The (.pdf) is for all computers and if you know the trick you can fill in the blanks as if it were a Word document.
Word 2007 does not play well with previous versions of Word. Use the MS Word (.doc) at your own risk. Bayberry nor I will be responsible for incompatibilities between Word versions. I receive documents from Bayberry in Word 2003 and 2007. I use Word 2003 to read and convert (.doc) to (.pdf). The Word documents retain their orgionial versions when I post them. Which version ???
Most of the time, older versions of Word will ask if you want to install a patch to read the newer version of Word you are trying to open. If not, users of MS Word 2003 or older should go to Microsoft's web site and download the Word 2007 conversion patch. (For your version of Word.) If you have problems with Word after patching or trying to open a document, contact us. There is a almost simple fix.
I provide this information after having my Word trashed, even with a patch in place.
