Change the batteries in all of your smoke alarms.

Ped Lights – We need all unit owners to maintain the ped light outside your unit. Contact the office if your unit is not operating after you installed a NEW bulb. For the security of our residents, we must have the streets illuminated. Our staff will assist you in meeting this requirement…just contact the office.

Residents should consider changing their "WHITE" water supply hose.
This should be done every year. Two years maximum.
